25' FISHER POTTER ketch-rigged motorsailer (1977) (sometimes referred to as a "weekender")

LWL...21'; BEAM...9'4"; DRAFT....3'9"; DISPLACEMENT...5tons.
Dark green hull with red bootstripe and black antifouling bottom paint.  S/S BRUCE style anchor with chain & rope rode on BOWSPRIT.       
   SAILS: PROFURL self-furling jib, main & new mizzen are both DOYLE STACK PACK, total SAIL AREA 230 sq.ft.
ENGINE: PERKINS PERAMA 30, installed 1999, with 100 hours.
ELECTRONICS: Raytheon GPS RC425, Humminbird 525 depth sounder,Standard Horizon VHF, Ritchie 5" compass.
PILOT HOUSE:  has 7 opening windows plus sliding skylite, all with snap-on white covers. Fold-away sink plus one burner Origo stove immediately behind pilot seat on port side. Fold-down seat on starboard side.
FORWARD CABIN has V-berths with head (and Y-valve) under starboard bunk and sink under port bunk, with overhead compass, Both bunks have lights. There is a Nicro 24hour vent, and opening screened porthole at the head of the port side bunk. Access hatch has plexi insert for additional light, with a snap-on cover.
CENTER CABIN/HOLD has access hatch with screen, a 24hour Nicro vent, and  a ladder to two berths with storage under and at foot of berths Both bunks have lights.
AFT COCKPIT has folding bimini top, and horseshoe life preserver, and lazarette with Magma gas barbie, fortress anchor, wooden tiller handle, warps, and life preservers Additional  ring lifepreserver on starboard side of pilothouse.
